This place, owned by an architect, dates back to the 1700’s and is located in Mallorca, Spain. A natural palette of white, black and earth tones has been chosen to work with the wood, stone and iron features and the concrete floors throughout. The owner has been able to modernise this classic structure with vintage industrial feature pieces and a fresh lick of paint, creating a modern abode that oozes style and character.
